- Upstairs Apartment - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - US$200 per night.
- One Bedroom Apartment - US$100 per night double occupancy
US$125 for four persons (via pull-out couch) - Studio Apartments - US$70 - per night
- Guest Rooms - US$40 - per night

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in from 2pm . Check-out by 12:00pm mid-day. Just call the manager if you will be arriving earlier, or need a later departure.
Payments and Bookings
All bookings require a booking deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost, or an amount requested by Kias Across From The Beach. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours of placement of the booking, with payment being made by Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram or Bank to Bank Transfer.
Group bookings of the entire guesthouse are subject to full payment one week prior to arrival.
Any reduction in the number of days booked, before arrival, will result in a 50% forfeiture of the Booking Deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANCELLATIONS will result in full forfeiture of the Booking Deposit. After Check-in, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of any payments.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email or fax. A penalty of 50% of the booking price will be liable on cancellations within 7 days of arrival, or 100% in the event of no-show or less than 24 hours notice.
